Postpartum return: week 3 update

Cleared at 12 weeks, now three weeks into the postpartum-safe plan. Bodyweight bridges and clamshells only, no coning or leaking. I wanted to jump into bands immediately and I am glad I did not. Slow is smooth. Reporting back at week 6.
