Hip dip expectations vs reality

Four months into the hip-dip sculpt plan. Bone structure does not change, obviously, but the medius grew and the silhouette looks noticeably fuller from the side. Side-lying abductions daily while watching TV went further than I expected. Be patient and compare monthly photos, not daily mirrors.

Bands only for 6 months — does it actually work?

Short answer: yes for the first 6-12 months of progress. I have only fabric bands and a chair. My banded bridges went from light band x15 to heavy band x30, and I added pauses and slow eccentrics when reps got easy. Glutes grew measurably. You will eventually want load, but do not wait for equipment to start.
