Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on Hipliftup infringes your copyright, please send a notice containing the following information to dmca@hipliftup.com:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • Identification of the infringing material and its location on the site.
  • Your contact information (address, telephone, email).
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner.
  • A statement that the information in the notice is accurate, under penalty of perjury.

Counter-Notice

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice with the required information. We will restore content unless the complainant files a court action.

Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
